Sponsor: $12,000 per program

As an Education Sponsor, your company will receive the following benefits:

  • Up to a 5-minute introduction opportunity at program, listed on the agenda

  • Pre- or post- AAJ email blast to opted-in program attendees (content must be reviewed and approved by AAJ, sent through AAJ system)

  • Listing on AAJ website and agenda as sponsor of the event

  • Branding onsite listing your company on signage as sponsor of program

  • Sponsors logo in advance marketing communications of the education program

  • Recognition from the moderator announcing your company as sponsor of the education program

  • Attendance at the program and networking event (2 complimentary company non-attorney representatives allowed to attend and a $500 discount on the program registration price for an additional non-attorney representative

  • Marketing tabletop that sponsorship materials reside or approved logo item for distribution

  • 1 Attendee list (name, firm, city, state), 1 week post event

  • Post Education program thank you email with sponsor logo recognition.

Exhibitor: $4,000 per program

As a Sponsored Education Exhibitor, your company will receive the following benefits:

  • Attendance at the program and networking event (1 complimentary non-attorney company representative to attend and a $500 discount from the program registration price for an additional non-attorney representative)

  • Exhibit tabletop opportunity for duration of the event

  • 1 Attendee list (name, firm, city, state), post event

Caucus Sponsor Pricing

Sponsor: $5,000 per program

As a Sponsor, your company will receive the following benefits:

  • Ability to distribute marketing materials and giveaways at the reception (pre-approved by AAJ)

  • Attendance for 2 non-attorney company reps at the happy hour (not allowed to attend the phone drive portion)

  • If available, name, firm, city, state attendee list (provided by membership)
